Adamson Property Guard's primary goal "as a leader in Property Preservation" is to take steps to preserve the vacant property asset. We take all necessary precautions to guard investor property from inclement weather and casual entry. Some of the steps we take to achieve this are changing locks, fixing or replacing broken doors & windows, securing and boarding of buildings as requested. A key ingredient to preserving vacant properties or any property is making sure the roof is water tight. One of the ways we acheive this is through tarping roofs, repairing subject property roofs to make them water tight. In some cases the only option is to replace the roof. Our goal is to offer our clients the most cost effective way to handle their properties during this transitional period. Successful communication with our client's is among our most important priorities. One way in which we acheive this is through our reporting system.  Every action we take on behalf of our client's are photographed & documented in a written report which contains colored photographs, complete written descriptions of the property condition, charts, graphs & blueprints are also included if needed.  We also have an attachment section of each report where we can attach any documents relavant to the subject property report. All reports can be stored at our website for up to 5 years, extensions are possible if requested.

  We have the ability to retro-fit/fabricate any item for any building with a very quick turn around time.  Kitchen missing one cabinet door? We'll fabricate a new one. There are any number of things that we can build in our shop and install at our client's site. This allows us to be very responsive to each asset.
